Cancellation Policy:
We endeavour to show up early for you, and we would appreciate the same. We try to run a very tight schedule, and therefore, will enforce the following:
Missed appointments/No show - $normal visit cost
Cancelled appointments (less than 24 hours notice) - $50% normal visit cost
Cancelled appointments (more than 24 hours notice) - No fee
There are extenuating circumstances where this will not apply, and that is up to the front desk. We don't want to enforce these rules. We just want to know if you will not be attending an appointment. There may be a patient waiting for an appointment time and it is unfair to them. We appreciate the help in making the ship run smoothly.
